Alex was great. He really listened to the issues I am having with Merryn and gave me various activities to try. He modelled everything first which made it easier to then try myself. He was positive and it was great to get the follow on reminder sheets. Thanks Alex!

Merryn is a lovely dog who really wants to please, but gets very excited on walks and pulls like a train. Although I find it relatively easy to teach owners to teach their dogs to walk to heel on a slack lead, I believe it is also important to look at everything else that they do both in and out of the home. The better a dog listens inside, the better they will listen to an owner on a walk. Can’t wait to catch up with them both in a few weeks.

I am so glad we decided to have a session with Alex. Ellie is walking so much better and not as reactive when we meet other dogs. We are continuing to work on the techniques that Alex showed us and seeing the benefit on a daily basis. Alex explained everything really well and we were very comfortable with him. We were supplied with information by email to refer to if needed. We would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with their dog's behaviour.

Alex was fantastic on this first visit to start working with Obi. Really took time to get to understand us all and the problems we were facing with Obi's separation issues. Everything was so well explained and demonstrated and broken down into really easy to understand and follow lessons. We have already spotted a massive difference in Obi's kitchen manners and when out walking on a lead. Can not wait to work with Alex further over the coming year.

Really enjoyed meeting Obi and his family and Obi did really well. I am meeting more and more dogs that worry when left alone and it can take a while to resolve this behavioural issue, but with some hard work and some consistent ground rules, we can definitely teach a dog that they don’t have to worry when left alone. Looking forward to catching up with them all.

Alex was brilliant with AJ! After we told him about us and AJ, he immediately identified where AJ's issues are stemming from. He gave us a lot of useful information and a lot of exercises to do with AJ. It is currently working very well and we can see the progress in AJ's behavior and ours as well, as owners! Highly recommend Alex!

I enjoy all of my training sessions, but this session went better than I thought it would and I was delighted with how calm AJ was at the end of the session, compared to how he was when I first entered their home (when he was rather barky!). Its important that everybody in the home gets on board with the training as consistency is key. I have received a further update to say that AJ is continuing to improve which is lovely to hear. Keep up the good work!

Alex gave us a lot of useful information about how to deal with Heidi's reactiveness to other dogs and Molly's barking. It's less than a week since Alex was here and we can already see an improvement with Molly.

Alex was very patient with Richmond and talked through the basics. The exercises went well, as did the outside work. We purchased a WaggWalker harness which has been very good. Looking forward to the next session.

Communication with Alex has been swift, polite and informative from the outset. Our first lesson with Alex was brilliant - he put us at ease straight away and we learnt so much just from one visit alone. We would highly recommend Alex and we're excited to see our hard work (and Alex's advice!) pay off with our little dog Louie in the near future.

Alex was amazing, taught us so many things about dealing with a new puppy. Herman has already learned how to wait and we've learned techniques for any current problems.

I really lover working with first time puppy owners, giving them the tools and the skills to make their dogs grow up to be best versions of themselves. There is no quick fix with any young dog, the 1st 12 months can have its highs as well as challenging moments, but all the hard work is well worth while and every home should have a dog. Herman is a really lovely puppy and he did well. I can’t wait to catch up with them all and get him outside on his lead.

Alex made a difference to Barney's behaviour (chow chows can be quite obstinate) but he is better behaved after just one session.

Alex was really friendly and explained everything in great detail. He also went above and beyond in helping with Jerry’s behavioural issues. The main issue I have been having with Jerry is his walking on the lead. After the session the difference is night and day and Jerry is no longer pulling anywhere near what he used to. Alex also shows us how to correct behaviour issues such as jumping up and mouthing. Jerry has previously not been allowed in the front room because he got too giddy but has since been sat in there with us every night. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking.

Once the are confident out on a walk most young dogs start to pull a bit, but certain breeds I meet pull more than others. Jerry was one of these breeds. I have already had some feed back from Jerry’s owner that he is now walking so much better to heel. Im absolutely delighted.

Alex was excellent. Clear practical advice to help BBC with our lovely bit boisterous 9 month old labrador Hector. His walking on the lead has become so much better since our training session and we have the tools to deal with other situations too. We would highly recommend Alex to anyone.
