From the minute Shauna entered our home, she was reading Matty's behaviour brilliantly and got the measure of him really quickly, including what WE were doing to prompt the unwanted behaviour. She left us with very clear instructions on how to overcome our challenging, with clear actions and things to practice. We were very impressed and are very confident in Shauna.

It was so good to meet Shauna and after discussing Rosie and her problems, we felt more confident that with Shauna's help we could learn to control Rosie's barking and help her with her socializing. Although we have had several dogs in the past, also looked after other peoples dogs, we have never rescued a foreign dog before. Rosie probably had quite a bad time in the shelter and maybe had to stand up for herself. We also realize that we have a lot to learn as well so hopefully in a while life will be smoother for us all.

We have three very reactive small dogs making it difficult for people to come to the house and one dog being particularly bad with other dogs, joggers and cyclists. After one session with Shauna and some extremely practical advice, the improvement is already amazing. Dogs not pulling on the lead and far quieter in the house. I was concerned that the advice was going to be complicated and hard to follow but absolutely not the case. Every change we made was explained clearly and then we practised it. The other good thing is that Shauna explained how the dogs were feeling so we realised that their behaviour was not necessarily what we had assumed. Can not recommend enough, has made such a difference. Really important that the advice is followed every time as that is how you see the best results. Brilliant.

Shauna is an ‘Excellent trainer’ full of knowledge and skills. I was close to wanting to give the puppies up walking was a nightmare-reactionary barking, slipping their harness, unkind comments from members of the public. From the start she was calm and put me at ease. I was shown many basic training techniques. I was given advice, and suggestions for equipment to support training techniques. Advise was given regarding a secure harness. I was sent a lesson plan outlining the content of the first session. I emailed my progress and a few queries. Shauna responded quickly. It has only been a few days but I am using everything I have been shown. I find I refer back to the lesson notes to refresh my mind. This is very helpful. The brothers have kicked back and I am staying firm and I practice, practice. Looking forward to learning more towards controlling my dogs’ behaviour. Thank you :)

Having had one lesson I am continuing the training as instructed by Shauna using his favourite ball as a reward. In just a few days we have seen an improvement and he is loving the stimulation. We are looking forward to the rest of the training and further improvements. Would highly recommend the service

Absolutely brilliant, spent time going through everything & watched me doing commands until everything was working

Shauna explained everything really clearly, then demonstrated some exercises to set the scene for the behaviours we needed to address; mainly barking at other dogs on walks and when passing the home and chasing our cat. We are one week into practicing the exercises and we are seeing a very positive response to the exercises. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Shauna and would highly recommend her.
